Arbor is our student database, which you may have encountered at your child's primary school or a similar platform. It allows you to check attendance, behaviour, receive messages, give consent for trips, and much more.

At TGS, we now conduct all communications digitally, and we encourage all parents to download the Arbor app using the links provided below. You can also access the site through a web browser; we recommend using Google Chrome for optimal functionality.

To access the Parent Portal for the first time and view your child's dashboard, please go to the welcome email you received from TGS regarding Arbor.

This email will confirm your username (which is the email address we have on record) and will include a link directing you to the TGS Arbor site.

During your initial login, you will need to enter your child’s date of birth to access the dashboard.

We recommend that you log in for the first time using a desktop computer and suggest using Chrome as your web browser.

If you have previously accessed the Arbor Parent Portal but have forgotten your password, please select the 'Forgotten your password?' option when visiting: https://tolworth-girls-school.uk.arbor.sc/

This will direct you to a second screen where you can enter your email address to generate a new password.

You can now access all the information you typically receive through the Arbor mobile app, which is available on both iOS and Android. You can quickly and easily check details about attendance, behaviour, and sign trip consents while you’re on the go—no need for a desktop computer. The app also enables you to receive push notifications.

You can download the Arbor app from App Store and Google Store. It’s free to install, and we recommend using the app rather than accessing Arbor through a mobile web browser.

The dashboard is the initial screen you will encounter. It provides a concise overview of the student's daily timetable, behaviour points, notices, current attendance, and progress.

You can access this page at any time by clicking on the TGS logo or by selecting 'Dashboard' from any menu.

As the Primary Guardian for multiple children at the school, you can access and view each child's information through the same portal. Simply click on the name in the drop-down menu located in the top-left corner of the homepage, then select the sibling you wish to view.

When accessing a sibling's dashboard for the first time, you will be required to enter that child’s date of birth.]
